"Exceptionally clean and tidy room good soundproofed"
I was looking for family stay somewhere close to Dubai mall and Dubai World Trade Centre. So, location of Towers Rotana was about 100 meters close to Financial Centre metro station (red line), which was very convenient. We stayed on the 18th floor in standard room with window seat and nice city view. But the most I would like to highlight an exceptional room service - the room was always clean and nitty. Thanks to all staff - they were very helpful from the day one - when just made a booking!

"Everything was great"
Luqman he did such a great job he was very kind and helped alot. Ali did a great job too we are 100% satisfied with his servis. Beds were really comfortable and clean. Food was delicious . We are glad that we chose this hotel for our vacation!

"Excellent value for money and quality"
Good service, polite staff, great view from the room we lived on the 23rd floor, varied breakfast, convenient location near the metro station, a bus from the hotel takes you to the beach, comfortable bed, excellent cleaning of the room especially good cleaner Asfak, thanks for the hospitality, we will definitely come back again .
Nearby is the Museum of the Future, not far from the Burj Khalifa and many other interesting places and attractions.

"Top hotel"
I was in Dubai for a fair (Middle East Energy).
The hotel is located about hundred meters far away from the metro station (Financial Center). Dubai World Trade Center station is 2 stops away.
The hotel service is perfect. I'll be back again. Many thanks to the chef who took care of my cilantro allergy. He prepared just for me a special selection of salads. I appreciated a lot. Thanks to Daryl from the reception desk too.

"Fabulous stay"
We’ve just had a wonderful stay at Towers Rotana. We used to live in Dubai and therefore know the hotel well but it’s the first time we have actually stayed here.
We found the hotel to be very clean, the room was a good size and comfortable.
As always the Rotana staff could not do enough for you.
Special mention to Hashan in Flavours on Two who made us good strong Breakfast tea every morning and was very helpful and kind. Thank you Hashan.
The hotel is ideally located very close to the Metro so it was easy to get around.
The hotel also runs a courtesy bus to the Beach and Dubai Mall
Would highly recommend staying here. Excellent hotel and staff and all at a reasonable room rate.

"The Best Hotel"
A wonderful hotel! We have lived for 6 days and are very satisfied. Comfortable room, super service, delicious breakfasts and dinners (every dinner is the cuisine of the countries of the world). Transfer to the sea, a gorgeous beach. Location near the metro and close to the most beautiful sights. Thank you for a great vacation.

"A perfect vacation"
The hotel staff very kind and corcerned about tourists, room cleaning daily , good food . The hotel is close to the major attractions of Dubai .All kinds of excursions are organized at the hotel , we went on safari and was perfect .We were very pleased , we would definitely return .

"Excellent hotel"
We really enjoyed our stay in Towers Rotana hotel, everything was very clean - room, restaurant, pool, lobby.Food was great, fresh , both in breakfast and dinner they had a lot of choises for everyone's taste -european, arabic, asian specialties, new things to taste everyday -we were here for one week.
Staff is really paying attention to guests and their wishes, we arrived in the evening so the guy in the reception gave us a room that was available at that hour but we asked for one at a higher level, he promised us that they will change it for us the next day - the next day they gave us one at level 24 - the view was stunnig.We recommend the rooms with "window seat view" - it was worth the extramoney we had to pay for it.
The location of this hotel is really good for tourists like us that want to visit as many things as possible , the metro station is 3 minutes walking distance so you can easily go wherever you want .
We will be back for sure, thank you for a wonderful holiday!

"Absolutely great"
Great service, when I had an issue with my booking Yasir and his colleague helped me with solving the issue. Great location, especially for those who travel for business. Views are breathtaking no matter from which room you will be looking.

Bad: We have booked a room for three people - we arrived in the middle of night, the third bed was not in the room. We have asked the reception 3 times if someone could bring the bed - it came after 1 hour of waiting, so I went to sleep at 3:30 am. It was very inconvenient, they put the bed in the middle of the room, no space for walking anything. The room did not correspond to the pictures on Booking.com. I was very dissapointed.

Bad: Der Umgang mit dem Coronavirus! Frühstück wurde ab unserem 4.Tag in einem Frühstück Bereich serviert! Es wurde einfach etwas auf den Tisch gestellt!! Man wurde noch nicht mal gefragt!! Ab da haben wir nicht mehr im Hotel gefrühstückt! Personal hatte Handschuhe an und Mundschutz! 1. der hilft nicht 2. kam man dich vor wie in einem Krankenhaus! Da hätte es auch andere Lösungen für gegeben!

Urlaub im Herzen Dubai`s Good: Transfer vom u. zum Flughafen ist reibungslos verlaufen, hat alles super geklappt. Bei Ankunft stand der Fahrer am Meeting Point mit einem Schild in der Hand, worauf unser Name stand. Das war schon toll. Mitarbeiter im Hotel alle sehr freundlich, leider nicht einer von ihnen der deutschen Sprache mächtig. Das müsste dann von Booking in der Hotelbeschreibung mal abgeändert werden, habe ich dem Servicepersonal auch angeraten. Zimmer super sauber u. sehr groß mit Zugang zur Lounge, welche sich in der 24. Etage befindet. Dort gab es Frühstück, Kaffee u. Kuchen sowie Abendessen u. mit einem Fensterplatz hatte man einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Hier waren die drei Damen ganz besonders freundlich u. verabschiedeten uns am Tag der Heimreise sehr herzlich. Am Pool gab es super, flauschige Handtücher u. jeden Tag gab es um 11:00 Uhr einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum La Mer Beach. Um 16:00 Uhr gings zurück zum Hotel.
Bad: Im Zimmer gab es nur zwei Steckdosen, wovon eine nach 3 Tagen nicht mehr funktionierte. Frühstücksangebot in der Lounge sehr mager, jeden Tag das gleiche. Alkoholangebot am Abend beschränkte sich auf Rot- u. Weißwein (so was von sauer), Gin Tonic u. Whisky Cola. Alles Dinge die wir nicht mögen. Wir sind einmal in die Bar im Kellergeschoss gegangen, dort war alles sehr dunkel, total verraucht u. übermäßig laut. Cocktailpreise dort bei 14.- Euro. Die Jungs, die draußen vorm Hotel stehen, sind stets bemüht, dir eine angenehme Fahrt zu deinem Ziel zu bieten, natürlich mit den hoteleigenen Fahrzeugen. Im Grunde ist das eine gute Idee, aber wenns auf Abzocke der Touristen hinausläuft, ist das nicht schön. Hier mal kurz 3 Bsp. Fahrt zur Dubai Mall = 20 AED (mit den Taxen der Stadt 13 AED), Fahrt zum Souk Madinat Jumeirah = 50 AED (mit den Taxen der Stadt 40 AED), Fahrt zum "The Frame" = 40 AED (mit den Taxen der Stadt 25 AED). Irgendwo hört der Spaß auf u. wir haben das auch den Mitarbeitern gesagt u. sie spüren lassen.

Good Good: Gute Lage, um per Taxi oder Metro in alle Teile von Dubai schnell zu kommen. Restaurants z.B. libanesisch/türkisch in der Nähe. Auch ein paar kleine Supermärkte. Metroeingang direkt vorm Hotel ca. 150m
Bad: Beim Frühstück könnte ein Kaffeautomat Sinn machen.

Exceptional Good: Breakfast and service were simply amazing - catered to my every need. If you want to use the metro, the hotel is right at 'Financial Centre' which is very convenient since it's only one stop from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. I would always come back.

Hôtel moderne et très bien situé pour une semaine à la découverte des émirats Good: Cet Hôtel haut de gamme est très bien situé très proche d'une station de métro (Financial Center) et proche de Dubai Mall , les chambres sont spacieuses et propres avec une super vue sur les buildings, la literie de qualité et très propre. La piscine est parfaite avec une eau à 30 degrés , l'espace gym est spacieux et bien entretenu . Le petit déjeuner est correct , assez diversifié .
Bad: La connection WI-FI se coupe parfois mais cela reste un détail . Les consommations d'alcool du bar de l'hôtel sont assez chers et l'accueil est moyen . Une navette gratuite devrait être proposée pour l'aéroport .
