The hotel team was amazing. Starting from breakfast area, dinner, gym and bar(moods + Tradervics). Friendly, super motivated and very proffesional. The best hotel to stay in Al Ain. 100%. I am a regular guest and I am always happy to see the team in Rotana Al Ain. I feel like at home. Thank you.

From my early morning check in to the day of checking out, I enjoyed my stay throughout the week. The receptionists were welcoming all the time, efficient and friendly with smiling faces. Also the friendly staff at the zest restaurant, porters and housekeeping.

I have stayed at this property twice, and have been so impressed with both the beauty and the customer service. I have stayed both times in the new wing, so I cannot speak to the old one - but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Nothing super fancy - but everything you need for a good night sleep and pleasant experience. There are a few choices for dining on the property. We did not eat at the one on the lower level as it allows for smoking, so it was a bit smelly and musty. The Lebanese restaurant is not to be missed! I especially recommend the lentil soup (although everything was so delicious). What I love most about this hotel is the courtyard. It is so pleasant to sit out here in the evening while dining or in the morning with your coffee (or if you are lucky enough to get a room with a courtyard view) and take in the beauty and delight in the multiple birds that sing and play here. The breakfast buffet is varied and good - don't miss the honeycomb! I want to especially acknowledge those that work at the concierge desk. Each time we have been there, we have had some complicated transportation needs and they made it very easy for us (even as plans shifted). There were a few hiccups with cars - but for the most part, everything went super smoothly. The transportation is most pricey than working with local taxis, but the ease, confidence, and having someone else navigate language barriers made it easier.

Giood service, good rooms and good buffe. Recimmend to stay at in Al Ain. I will be back. I especially liked the seafood buffe lasr night. The service with helping with taxi and recommendations was also good

10/10, such a great stay at the rotana as always!! All the staff were so accommodating, especially ramen who works at the pool bar, sumran who works on the valet and kaleem on the front desk. Cant wait to stay again 😊

we had a very pleasant stay at the property, especially with kids. whole staff right from welcoming the guest at the main entrance of the property to reception to restaurant to chef to all were extremely superb courteous. Rooms were extremely clean and neat and huge too . Dinner at the property was delicious and had a wide spread too. had a very good spread in the Breakfast too .We will surely recommend this place and wishing to visit again for our next staycation.

The Hotel is excellent! The Restaurant has a lot of options and higher diversity and international culinary, which can delight everyone. The rooms are excellent with bigger bathroom with some amenities and the bed and pillows are wonderful. The swimming pool are not big but very good and the Jacuzzi besides small it is very good. The gim is ok.

Very friendly staff, they surprised me with upgrading my room into a suite when I was celebrating my graduation along with a compensatory cake! I enjoyed my clean, well organized suite with a fast and obliging room service. I would definitely visit this hotel again !

Really enjoyed weekend away as a couple. Gym is well-equipped and clean. Staff all were friendly. Had a lovely trip. One bit of feedback I would offer, though, is to put a shaded area in the main pool away from the bar. There isn't any other shaded area and having kids splashing around right next to you while you've trying to have a quiet drink is a little annoying.
